Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administred by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force” energy flow through us and is what allows us to be/feel alive. If one’s life force energy is low then we are more likely to become sick or feel stressed and if it is high we are more capable of being happy and healthy. Reiki treat the whole person including body, emotion, mind and spirit. During the retreat, the Reiki workshops will introduce the most important concepts and practices of Reiki providing a solid foundation to engage with Reiki more deeply if desired.
